Thrasher Landing
Overview
Thrasher landing is a newly constructed neighborhood in Hixson, TN. It currently has 20 completed homes with a 2nd phase of 15 homes to be completed in 2024. The total development will be around 50-60 houses in a total of 3 phases. The residents are very active and social with regular get togethers in the cul-de-sac for events such as Fourth of July, Easter, and Halloween.
Objective
As the residents were building out the HOA and defining the parameters of the neighborhood, they requested a modern, mobile responsive website to keep all the information in one place. The goal was to create a space to hold any necessary information for the neighborhood for both new and current residents.

Result + Value Provided
After the website was released, I spoke to numerous current residents to gain valuable feedback on the user experience plus the overall feel of the website. The response was overwhelmingly positive especially for the ease of use, the look and feel of the site, and the information provided.
The website provides value not only for current residents but for potential residents as well. Recently, two of the residents moved to Florida and the new buyer was able to gain valuable information about the neighborhood and contact the HOA by visiting the website before they even moved in.
